You need to make 2.8 times the rent, so if the apartment is $875, your monthly income must be at least $2,450.

I found a place I want to rent, what do I do?
Contact the caretaker for a showing. Then fill out the application, which is available here. Be sure to also read our policies on that page too. After that bring it to the office to fill out the lease. Also bring 2 checks: the security deposit and application fee.We are located here

You can do so through your RentCafé account (same account as Pay Online) or instead fill out the form here.

What is Renter’s Insurance?
We require all tenants to have Renter’s Insurance, you can get it though your car insurance company or any regular insurance company. It insures your property for damage and theft. It also protects you from liability.

I’m a student or just starting out, can I have a cosigner?
Yes, we can accept cosigners that meet all background check requirements.

What about pets?
Some buildings certainly do allow certain pets. Additionally a pet deposit is required. See details here.
